Refund policy


We want you to LOVE your Alter Ego Designs jewelry! If you are not 100% satisfied with what we have sent you, please reach out to us immediately at info@alteregodesigns.co to let us know. Our Return & Exchange Policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on items you have changed your mind about. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, unsoiled, and undamaged; with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging & shipped back using the same method it was shipped to you (ex - if it was shipped in a box, ship it back in a box so it doesn't get crushed). 

Returns

  • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at info@alteregodesigns.co
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus shipping.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@alteregodesigns.co and we’ll do our best to accommodate, based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom pieces, limited editions/one of a kind, and any items discounted or labeled "sale" are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons 
  • Gift Cards

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Alter Ego Designs, Attn: Returns,  3337 E Smith Rd. Medina, OH 44256, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is agreed upon, then we will pay to ship the exchanged item back to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Alter Ego Designs is NOT responsible for:

– Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
– International Duties or Customs Charges
– If a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrectly entered address or undeliverable address.
– Lost, damaged, or packages marked as delivered.
